States Visited

Over the years I have found that there are some things that I like to collect, one being the number of states and placed I have visited.  A few years back I sat down with a map and reflected on all of the places I have been and came up with a list of states, countries and airports that I have visited.  I was surprised that it was longer than I thought it would be initially.  I guess that means I have traveled more than I had thought when I first came up with the idea of making a list. Below is my table of states visited:

Graniteman Triathlon

On This past Sunday I completed the Graniteman Big Lake sprint triathlon.  This is my fourth year for the event and it is my favorite triathlon.  Thankfully, this year I was able to train more and I felt much better on the bike and run.  This resulted in a two minute increase from last.  The sample packet of http://www.hylandslegcramps.com/ worked great as well.  They worked immediately when I started to feel my leg tightening up.

Completed my last class

This morning I finished my last assignment and submitted it one day before the class officially was set to end.  This was my last class for my MBA.  What a relief to be done after three and a half years of taking classes at Columbia Southern.  I can only imagine what I will do with my free time.  Here is a picture I took the other day as I was working in my paper.
